The San Diego Regional Technology Alliance(SDRTA) in cooperation with
EPA Region 9 has produced the San Diego-Tijuana High Tech Waste
Prevention and Recycling Workbook: A Look at Producer Responsibility
Trends, E-Waste, and Concepts to Keep Your  Company Competitive".

The workbook was published in English and Spanish and development was
supported by the Crossborder Business Associates. The workbook provides
background on e-waste issues, specific cross-border resources and best
practices for business recycling.
