According to recent census statistics, Sonoma
County CA is 17% Spanish speaking. The Sonoma County Waste Management Agency is
seeking to conduct an educational outreach program to increase participation in
recycling to this population. Could anyone provide information on
successful model programs and/or outreach approaches.
