[GreenYes] New York recycling

Glad to see some in New York - state - are still interested in increasing
recycling.
NY Earmarks $6 Million for Recycling Projects
New York State's Governor George Pataki announced more than $5.9 million in
funding that will be issued to 30 cities within the state to assist in local
recycling efforts.

I guess NYC didn't apply for any of the grant money to try to improve their
curbside programs, hmmm?
