Waste & Recycling Program Coordinator

          Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC)
          Lebanon, NH

DHMC is an integrated academic medical center situated on an expansive 225
acre campus in western New Hampshire.  Located in the heart of Upper
Connecticut River Valley, it includes a modern 400 bed tertiary care
hospital, research and clinical facilities for Dartmouth Medical School, the
country's 4th oldest, and the center of a region wide multi-specialty
community practice group started in 1927.

Waste & Recycling Program Coordinator.  #11400 - Full-time salaried.  Under
the general direction of the director of Housekeeping Services, and in
consultation with the Hospital's environmental programs staff, develop,
manage, and implement a comprehensive waste  minimization, recycling and
pollution prevention program to maintain compliance with regulatory
requirements.  Must be able to handle lifting up to 50 lbs. of material on a
regular basis.

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of one year of experience with the
management of waste and recyclable material required.  Systems analysis
experience strongly desired.  Prior supervisor experience required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.  Must be
computer literate.
