Dear Mike...
the more I look at this world we have created, regardless of my persoanl political and 
financial beliefs, it seems that full cost accounting / internalising of external costs will 
force the quickest changes...

bravo! spoken like a true activist - in the darkest days in the past, it was hard to keep 
positive - but we won out in the end, so never, never, never understimate what  
dedicated peopl can do...
