[GreenYes] MRF Processing costs

I know this is a tough subject with a lot of variables, but I thought I
remember seeing a study by Resource Recycling or Waste Age a few years ago
on MRF processing costs.  I can't find that article, but was wondering if
anybody has any information on a range of costs for processing curbside
recyclables.  Again, I'm not looking for one definitive number, but just
some information (maybe in the form of a range from a past study or survey)
to demonstrate to people that recyclers do not make a fortune off of their
recyclables.
