[GreenYes] COOKING OIL QUESTION

Until recently Valley Proteins was picking up our cooking oil from the base
Galley for free.  Suddenly they are accessing a fee.  Does anyone know what
is behind this change?  

I'm not too familiar with the product or process.  Our Galley folks came to
me wanting to know who is going to pay for this service... So I thought I'd
try to get a little background/education.  What do others do with this
commodity?  How is it recycled?  What is it reused for?  Is there much
competition for the commodity?  What other companies are in the business?

Any help would be appreciated.  I didn't find much on my web search.
