[GreenYes] re: another question of language
- Subject: [GreenYes] re: another question of language

On the topic of definitions/language, I don't have any info
on how other languages (or even non-U.S. usage of English) works,
but I can offer a discussion of how waste can be viewed and
understood. It is on the web at:
http://eetd.LBL.gov/EA/Buildings/BNordman/C/consmain.html
It is the second of two documents listed there --
'The Future of "Waste": Etymological and Conceptual Foundations
of Solid Waste Management'
