[GRRN] Gasification and European Tax

Thanks to all who supplied answers to the above questions.  Excellent
information! 

I'm going to try and follow-up with folks in the Virgin Islands regarding the
proposed MSW gasification facilities.  I'm not convinced that this is offers the
best solution to the islands' waste management problems. 

High-tech solutions, such as these, rarely are the best choice when dealing with
unstable economies - not to mention hurricanes!  If the VI couldn't even replace
the relatively low-tech medical waste incinerator that was wiped out by hurrican
Hugo in the late 80's, I'm don't know how they think they're going to be able to
deal with major damage to one of these facilities!?!
