Thanks for the many responses to my questions!
Regarding edible bowls, I mean edible to humans, not just to compost
microbes. I am aware of cornstarch and cellulose bowls.
(I think the simple solution is to ask German acquaintances to ask the
restaurants for their sources.)
I'm sorry that we don't have the resources to send the eco-event kit to all
who asked for it. We are a PVO.
Best,

I have no clue about your Q.1. (in fact i'm looking for an answer from
Biocorp. on this if you find an answer, pl. let me know, thanks.) On the
second question i'd like to say that NCRA has hosted events one for e.g. at
Lake Merrit, Oakland, CA where they had a zero waste event with food/stalls
etc... But i do not think they have any guides or kits. (Linda C is there?)

Dear Carol,
I have no clue about your Q.1.
Would you please send me your kit/guidebook. Thanks.
Please see my contact info. below. Regards -saras.

2. We have created an eco-event kit and guidebook in response to the many
env'l events we attend at which disposed plastics, high-impact not-local
foods, and lots of plastic stickers and unnecessary promotional dross
abound.
Before I print up a bunch, I want to investigate other such resources. If
another organization is doing it better, I'd rather promote their
guides/kits. Does anyone have leads on this?
Thanks.
