On Friday, September 1, 2000, the Global Recycling Council (GRC) of the CA
Resource Recovery Association (CRRA) endorsed the following candidates for
the National Recycling Coalition (NRC) Board of Directors:
Jim Bosch
Krista Henkels
David Muchnick
A summary of responses from all the NRC Board candidates to policy
questions posed by GRC has also now been posted to the CRRA website, at
http://www.crra.com/crranews/nrcboard.htm
GRC recognizes that it may be too late for NRC members to consider these
recommendations if they mailed their ballots in to NRC already. However,
members that are providing their proxies to others attending the National
Recylcing Congress could still instruct their proxy holders to vote for
this slate at the NRC members meeting. In addition, GRC asks that these
recommendations be considered by Recycling Organizations as they cast their
organizational votes (for the first time) in the NRC election.
