    Hi Sam,

    It sounds like IRIS has a great technology on its hands. I'm not so sure
    about the marketing side. But as far as sources of investment and
    perhaps overall assistance with a business plan, I'd try the following

    EPA's Jobs Through Recycling Program

    The Social Venture Network

    The Sustainable Jobs Fund
    Now the fourth largest community development venture capital fund in the
    US, the fund has $17 million to invest in sustainable enterprises that
    create jobs for low income individuals.

    Amy Perlmutter at the Chelsea Center in Massachusetts may also have
