    Hi Sam,

    It sounds like IRIS has a great technology on its hands. I'm not so sure
    about the marketing side. But as far as sources of investment and
    perhaps overall assistance with a business plan, I'd try the following

    Now the fourth largest community development venture capital fund in the
    US, the fund has $17 million to invest in sustainable enterprises that
    create jobs for low income individuals.
