[GRRN] Recycling of Glass from Fluorescent Lights

I am looking for information on the recycling of glass from
fluorescent lamps, especially vis-a-vis the issue of removing both
the phosphorus coating as well as the mercury which has been
absorbed by the glass.

Any leads would be appreciated either on firms that are working on
this issue or on technology that has been developed or is under
development.
