[GRRN] Glass prices dropping

I just heard from our MRF operator that the price we are going to be paid
for our glass cullet is going to drop substantially in the next few weeks
(clear glass, for example, is going from $29 a ton to $18 a ton).
Is this occurring in other parts of the US?
