FYI, the Resolution No. 009-99-COE Calling On Coca-Cola To Use Recycled Plastic
In Its Bottles

is no longer a draft before the commission. It was adopted by the Commission on
September 21, 1999.

The Adopted Resolution was forwarded to the Board of Supervisors of the City and
County of San Francisco yesterday, September 22, 1999.

We are in the process of enlisting sponsors for its introduction to the Board
for consideration.
