Hi Brian -

This is a little outdated, but by a separate email I am sending along an
annotated bibliography on C&D generation and recycling.

I chair our state's C&D committee and we developed a list of 57 barriers
to C&D diversion and then action plans for the top 11 barriers. This is a
separate document that I can mail to you if you wish. While C&D
diversion is increasing in our area, the most significant barrier seems to
be low landfill prices.

John

PS - I also have a bibliography on gypsum drywall recycling that I'd be
glad to send to you.
