Don't despair. Job hunting can be discouraging, as we all know. But
you're right, there's lots to be done to make things better and that
means LOTS of opportunities. Finding them -- and the right fit for your
talents and interests -- is the key. Try out these two sites and perhaps
you'll discover something of interest. Also, call everybody you know in
the field, and those you don't, but would like to or whose work you
admire. I know it's cliche, but persistence does pay.
