[GRRN] Iron&Steel, Light&Heavy

I am curious as to the recent prices anyone on this list have been
getting/paying for scrap iron&steel, light&heavy. I am fairly new to the
scrap metal recycling world and only got one bid for our scrap when I sent
the request for bid to a dozen dealers in the Virginia/Maryland area. We
have a lot of very large items that have to be cut up before loading and
transporting. Our contract clearly states that the "contractor will provide
all equipment necessary to cut, load, remove, and transport material." Now
he wants us to do the loading. This is my first contract for this
commodity. What is the norm? What prices are you folks getting for this
commodity?
