Big Apple Garbage Sentinel is a FREE newsletter covering recycling and garbage
issues in New York City, with special emphasis on the developments in New York
City's evolving garbage export plans. A new issue is published roughly
fortnightly. BAGS is currently distributed by email, fax and postal mail to
over 400 subscribers.

To subscribe, send email to <mailto:johnmccrory@mindspring.com>. I also
welcome submissions of short articles (300 to 800 words), news tips, and
information about upcoming events, resources and web sites for inclusion
either in the newsletter or on the web site.

The web site includes an archive of past issues, background information,
documents, and links to other web resources that will help readers understand
the challenges and opportunities New York City faces as it attempts to
reinvent its waste management infrastructure.

My apologies for multiple posts!
