One of the MANY recycled art enthusiasts I speak to each month has asked me
if there is an association for those interested in Art from Scrap, junk
art, gARTbage, RecycledArt,. Name it what you will, it seems to me the
time is ripe for such an endeavor.
Does anyone know if one exists?

Thanks for any and all info related to Scrap distribution to schools and/or
artists.
