A number of years ago, a Sudbury, Ontario couple won in small claims court
for non-payment of an invoice they sent to a "junk mail harasser". I think
the couple sent a few reminder notices before resorting to court for the
payment of $70 (if memory serves).

I have also heard about people who have used the postage paid envelope that
is included with the junk mail solicitation to send the harasser a package
full of bricks. Now that had to hurt!
