you never know where you're gonna find great help or your next big job
opportunity. I think that's why these lists are a great place to post this
kind of info. I've used past postings to help renegotiate my
classification & pay level and have been passing them on to students
interested in getting into the field.

What's helped me is the digest version of the listserves.
