[GRRN] Used oil filter recycling programs

I'm looking for information on which states, provinces or countries
have used oil filter recycling programs that are either sponsored by
government or industry trade associations.

So far. I have the following:

Iowa - study
Florida - ban on landfilling
California - ban on landfilling
Texas - ban on landfilling
Minnesota - ban on landfilling
Delaware
Pennsylvania

Alberta, Canada - industry sponsored program
Manitoba, Canada - " "
Saskatchewan, Canada - " "

I would appreciate knowing of any other government or industry
sponsored programs for used oil filters.
