For an econometric study to determine whether there is a recycled
content level in PET that would optimize scrap prices for local recycling
programs without -- netted over the course of the commodity cycle --
increasing molding costs for packagers, we are looking for any existing
studies that relate supply and demand to price for virgin and recycled PET.
If needed confidentiality can be assured.
