Regarding recycling of pulverized paper, you are correct about the fibers
being too short for recycling. Generally high tech and gov't contractors
pulverize materials - have yet to have any of the local composters jump on
the band wagon for composting. Hopefully we'll be able to do it one day at
our expanded site.
