[GRRN] Seeking recycled paper!

I'm hoping someone out there can help us out! For 13 years we've printed
a calendar (10,000
copies distributed free to residents) each year featuring childrens'
artwork to the theme of Recycling and Waste reduction. Of course we seek
the highest recycled or tree free
content paper possible. Last year we used Vanguard Hemp. And at this
eleventh hour (we were to print in Sept.) our 1999 paper purchase fell
through.
Apparently two tons of paper is too small an order.
Does anybody know of a mill with two rolls of paper available for sale.
it must be:
3 inch core
40 inch outside diameter
35 inches wide
60# offset, or better
I would hope it has a high percentage recycled content!
we have, perhaps, $2800 or so to work with.
