Helen Spiegelman wrote of B.C.'s upcoming October 1 deadline for aseptic &
gable end containers entering their recycle stream. SARCAN in SK has
added return of aseptic (TetraPak) and spent plastic milk containers (no
deposit however) to the standard glass, plastic, aluminum, etc container
return. They may have some answers to the recyle costing and recovery
