Recycling Specialist Job Opportunity (Temporary Position)
Position Available: The City's Solid Waste Program is seeking to hire an
individual as a Recycling Specialist. This temporary position is projected
to continue up to five months, and will be permanently filled later this
year, following formal recruitment to fill the vacant position. As a
temporary employee, the selected individual will be paid for time worked.
No benefits, insurance or paid leave will be provided.
Salary: The current range is between $20.81 to $25.27 per hour.
Appointments are usually made at the first step, however, depending on
qualifications, appointments can be made at higher steps.
Qualifications: Individuals with experience in solid waste management are
preferred, since tasks assigned will relate to that Program. A copy of the
