Packard and a pending tonar cartridge Bill in the California
Legislature.
Here is the Bill number and when it might be heard. And thanks Rick for

AB 1497 (Oller) was the bill that originally banned single use
cartridges in California. It ran into strong opposition from the
committee chair and other members and was amended down to ban on the
sale of single use cartridges to the State of California. The penalty
for violation is that you (or any of your subsidiaries or parent
companies) can't sell to the State.
You can check out the bill at www.leginfo.ca.gov.
The bill will be heard on the Assembly Floor sometime before june 4th.
AB 75 (Strom-Martin) deals with state agency recycling.
