I can't improve much on what Roger had to offer except to say that =
neutralysis was being seriously considered as an option by Waste Service =
NSW (previously known as the Waste Management Authority) based in =
Sydney, Australia. I understand the project never took off because the =
aggregate was not cost competitive. I'm also not sure of what markets =
might be available for this type of product here. I suggest you contact =
