I suggest you take a look at a report I prepared last year for the
Massachusetts Public Interest Research Group entitled "It's Perfectly
Clear -- The Case Against PVC Packaging". The report includes a
fairly lengthy discussion of incineration issues, citing a wide range
of government and academic sources. The report is available on the
Web or from MASSPIRG at (617) 292-4800.
