Dear Gary:

I found via HotBot a website which has posted what appears to be a New York
Newsday article published in 1997 on the history of the Garbage Barge Mobro
whose infamous voyage occurred in 1987. According to this article, the
Mobro started and ended its voyage in NYC with its contents going to a NYC
DOS incinerator (which is no longer operational). Here is the URL:
