The National Safety Council's Environmental Health Center will be hosting =
its third Electronic Product Recovery and Recycling (EPR2) Conference on =
March 23 and 24, 1999, in Arlington, Virginia. The conference will cover =
a wide array of topics, including the following:

- Plastics Tutorial on Collection, Processing, and Reuse
- Computer Leasing: Meeting the Goals of EPR2
- State EPR2 Initiatives: Regulatory and Voluntary Approaches
- Planning and Implementing Local Collection Programs

The registration fee for the two-day conference is $295, which includes =
