I appologise for this intrusion, but I was searching for information on
the location of incinerators in North America when I came across your
recent posting, which suugested you might be able to help me.
> In the February 8th issue of the Norwegian newspaper Aftenposten,
>there is an article about a company that claims to have developed a
>new waste to energy technology.
I was asked to help a friend who is investigating the possible recycling
of an aluminium foil/plastic laminate, and incineration is one solution.
Are you aware of a list active incinerators in the US, (by location), or
do you have any suggestions where I could look.
Again, if this is an intrusion, please use the delete ket <g>

The U.S EPA has a waste "factbook" that can be accessed. It has state by
state lists, but I was not able to find a combined list. I noticed it was
slightly out of date for my state. Their site is:
http://www.epa.gov/epaoswer/non-hw/muncpl/factbook/
You might also try the site of the Integrated Waste Services Association. I
don't see a list there either, but they may mail you one. They are at:
http:/www.wte.org and phone at 202-467-6240.
If all else fails, I have my own list, and can mail it.

larger scale. They can

Subject: Paper Making
Anyone know of a good small scale paper making system? An artist we work
with is interested in making their own art paper, poster size, from
recycled paper. So this would have to be larger than a small classroom
kit. It is my understanding that the pulper is the most critical component.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Jim~ McNelly
