I take it you are interested in folks who recycle glass from CRT's.
There is also a legitimate reclaimer of CRT glass in New York State. They
are called Dunkirk International. They staterd out using just
post-industrial glass and tubes from CRT manufacturers and are now expanding
into post-consumer CRT's recovered from computer monitors and the like. They
basically use what is the intrinsic contaminants in the CRT glass and exploit
that for their end-use application, like leaded glass beads used in highway
refelectors, as just one example.
