JOB: PhD Corporate Env. Management, Huddersfield

The Centre for Corporate Environmental Management at the University of
Huddersfield is seeking to appoint a suitable candidate to carry out
research for the award of a PhD under the direction and supervision of
Professor Richard Welford.

Applications are invited to carry out research in one of three areas:

1. Measures of sustainability in business
2. Local sustainable economic development strategies
3. Spiritual dimensions of environmentalism in a business context

This PhD research studentship is for a three year period commencing at
a mutually convenient date between 1 September 1996 and 1 January
1997. Students will receive a tax free bursary of stlg5750 in year 1,
stlg6000 in year 2 and stlg6250 in year 3.
