Heard today on Grassroots Recycling Network call that you were suggesting
collaboration on procurement issues with GRN. How about discussing a
proposal to our CA Department of Conservation on training and outreach to
local governments on promoting source reduction and buy recycled messages
like the Bay Area Shop Smart program statewide?
